Terms of service. Botsanalyser.

1. Who you are dealing with

These terms are between you and Jan-Willem Bobbink, operator of Botsanalyser, based in Den Haag, the Netherlands. Contact: jw@botsanalyser.com.

2. What you agree to by using this site

Using www.botsanalyser.com, submitting the waitlist form, or following links from my emails constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Waitlist

Signing up for the waitlist does not create a paid contract, a guarantee of access at launch, or a guarantee of any specific pricing.
I may limit, prioritise, or decline early access at my discretion, including for referral-driven queue positions.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email I send.

4. Acceptable use

When using the website and, once available, the product, you agree not to:

Submit signup data that is not your own, or signup data that is automated.
Attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the service beyond what is normal for a browser.
Use the product to track human visitors, collect PII, or circumvent consent frameworks.
Resell or re-brand the raw product without a written agreement.

5. Ownership

The website, brand, product, and all content on www.botsanalyser.com are owned by me.
Code samples and example snippets published on this site can be copied and adapted for your own projects.
When you publish your own commentary, screenshots, or charts that include Botsanalyser data you collected yourself, that content is yours.

6. No warranty, pre-launch

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. During the pre-launch period I make no warranty of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Paid product terms will include service level commitments and will be published at launch.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, my total liability arising from pre-launch use of this website is capped at zero euros, because no payment has been made. This cap does not apply to death or personal injury caused by my gross negligence, or to my own wilful misconduct.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Den Haag, unless mandatory consumer law gives you stronger rights in your country of residence.

9. Changes

If I change these terms in a material way before launch, I will update the version at the top of this page and notify waitlist members by email.
